Reservation, Cancellation and Refund policy:

Since we keep our workshops small, a deposit of $550 is required when you register so that we can assure you of a place. A 50% refund of your deposit will be made if you cancel 40 days before the workshop begins. Please send us an email should you need to cancel. After 40 days we will not be able to provide any refund as we will have made prepaid arrangements.

Deposits should be made below using our PayPal account.

The balance is due 30 days before the workshop begins
and is payable to our Bank of America account. Bank details will be provided after you make your deposit. And we will send an acknowledgement when your balance is received.

We strongly recommend that you take out cancellation, baggage, and medical insurance before you begin your trip in case of unforeseen circumstances.
